Under the title EN DÉTAIL, the Faculty of Business Administration and Engineering Management has been presenting an impressive photo exhibition on the subject of detail photography since October 20, 2025. From the overwhelming number of over 70 submissions, the jury has selected 42 photos for the exhibition. Four prize winners will be chosen from the exhibited works and a young talent prize will be awarded.
The official opening and award ceremony will take place on 26.11.2025 at 14:15 in House ZII of the university (Schliebenstraße 21, Zittau).
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Matthias Fichna will open the event and award the winners together with the sponsor of the prize money.
During a small reception, there will be an opportunity to talk to the photographers and organizers present and exchange ideas about their work.
Every building, every machine, every plant, every object - as well as every human body - is only as good in its entirety as the sum of its individual parts. Under this motto, numerous participants submitted their work, which impressed us with its high design quality and creative ideas.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Matthias Fichna will open the event and award the winners. At the end, there will be an opportunity to talk about the work at a small reception.
The exhibition is located in the foyer, 1st floor, building ZII
The exhibition can be visited in House Z II of the university until 03.02.2026, daily from 08:00 - 16:00. The works will then be exhibited in the Christian-Weise Library Zittau from 09.02.2026 to 27.03.2026.
