Under the theme “People at the Heart of Industry 4.h,” the research group of the Chair of Business Administration, specifically Production Management and Logistics, led by Prof. Sophia Keil and her colleagues, will host a diverse program on Thursday, March 9, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., featuring:
- Keynote presentations by engineers and researchers from Infineon Technologies Dresden and Virtual Vehicle Graz on current trends in automation and digitalization, as well as augmented reality (AR) in production and logistics
- Tours of the SCO-TTi laboratories and facilities focusing on robotics, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR)
- Workshops: How can industry—and how can you—benefit from Industry 4.h in Upper Lusatia?
- Networking opportunities over coffee and cake
- Informal get-together with a buffet and drinks starting at 5:30 p.m.

The event is open to all businesses in the region, faculty and university staff, and the interested public, and aims to help foster even closer collaboration between universities, the business community, and society in our region.
