We all have unique traits and qualities that define us. But in the hustle and bustle of everyday life—between school, research, or work—we often lose sight of them. Yet understanding our own personalities is the key to building a strong foundation and fostering good, healthy relationships—and, as a bonus, it helps protect us from burnout.

This Summer School focuses on collaborative, active exploration. We’ll work with a set of cards that lets you explore your own personal patterns in a playful and practical way.

We don’t just scratch the surface; we take a holistic look at your traits: What defines you at your core? Where do you find your optimal balance, and when might a particular quality become too much of a good thing?

In addition to the group, interactive sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to delve deeper into your topics through individual coaching. At the end, you’ll help decide which areas we’ll explore in more depth together during the final session, so you can take away exactly what will help you move forward in life.

The group sessions will be recorded and will be available for 3 days afterward.

Overview of the Schedule

• Monday, October 26, 2026, 1:30–2:30 p.m. | Getting Started
  Coming together and introduction. We’ll take a first look at the card set, go over the basics, and work together to identify which topics you’re most interested in exploring in depth.
• Tuesday, October 27, 2026, 2:30–4:00 p.m. | Exploration
  Now it gets interactive: In breakout sessions, you’ll use the cards to explore your core self as well as the subtle interplay of light and shadow in your personality. As a small homework assignment, you’ll then take home a comprehensive questionnaire (VIA Test).
• Wednesday through Monday, October 28–November 2, 2026 | Your Space (Individual Sessions)
  During this time, individual one-on-one coaching sessions will take place. Here, there’s room for your very personal questions and insights.
• Tuesday, November 3, 2026, 2:30–4:00 p.m. | The joint degree
  We’ll tie everything together. Based on your preferences, we’ll explore selected topics in greater depth and see how the insights you’ve gained can serve as a compass for your daily life and career.
