At the University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Görlitz, Faculty of Social Sciences, a part-time position (0.5 FTE) is available as a substitute at the earliest possible date as a

Lecturer with a specified function (m/f/d)
- Inclusion Studies -

- Reference: 03-2026 LfbA SHb -

to be filled on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months.

In accordance with § 74 of the Law on the Freedom of Universities in the Free State of Saxony (SächsHSFG), the position includes the following tasks in particular:

  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of classes / courses in accordance with the Saxon Ordinance on Duties at Universities (DAVOHS) in the Bachelor's degree program in Special Needs Education/Inclusion Studies
  • Advising students on subject-related and organizational issues relating to their studies and
  • Participation in administrative tasks of the faculty.

The following knowledge and skills are required

  • University degree in a curative, special, rehabilitation or disability education program (Bachelor, Diplom, teaching degree),
  • knowledge
    • about processes of curative education anamnesis, diagnostics and intervention
    • in the context of counseling
    • in educational inclusion strategies and
  • communicative and social skills.

In addition, the following are desirable

  • University didactic experience,
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working,
  • knowledge of written and spoken English.

Further information

The remuneration for tariff employees is in EG 10 TV-L if the professional requirements are met, and in EG 11 TV-L if they have a scientific university degree. The 1st place of work is Görlitz.
