Purposes of data processing

The personal data will be used to identify and differentially analyze the potential interest of full-time university staff in participating in professional qualification courses in an online environment and their attitude towards online language learning as part of their professional development. The evaluation results serve as a basis for the development of conceptual approaches for the development of the language skills of HSCG employees.

Legal basis

Data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Categories of personal data

The following categories of personal data are processed anonymously and for a specific purpose:
Information on personnel category, age group, employee status (temporary/permanent).

Recipients

Internal university recipients are decision-makers in the context of professional qualification  of employees. The data is disclosed to the following service provider and technical provider of the survey environment as part of its collection via the Bildungsportal Sachsen:

The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Storage duration

The data is stored for the duration of the survey and evaluation. The data will be deleted after the conceptual processing has been completed.

Rights of the data subjects

Due to the anonymous nature of the evaluation, it is not possible to identify the individual questionnaire. The aggregated evaluation results can be accessed.

Provision of personal data

The provision of personal data is not required by law in accordance with Art. 13 para. 2 lit. e GDPR. The evaluation results originate from the aggregation of personal data.

This processing activity does not involve automated decision-making or profiling in accordance with Art. 22 GDPR.
