What you can expect

In this online course, you’ll learn how to plan your tasks and appointments based on your goals and available time. Methods such as OKR, the Bullet Journal, time blocking, and calendars—which I’ll explain in more detail in this course—will help you do just that.

By combining these methods, you’ll create a system that allows you to

  • work in a goal-oriented way,
  • take your time resources into account,
  • break tasks down into small, manageable chunks,
  • visualize your plan,
  • and still remain flexible in the face of the unexpected.

Everything you need to know at a glance:

  • Self-paced course: Learn at your own pace, wherever and whenever you want
  • Supporting materials: you’ll receive interactive lessons, presentations, handouts, and workbooks to reinforce and apply what you’ve learned
  • Language & Level: The course is in German and is perfect for you whether you’re just starting out with time management or already have some experience
  • Easy to integrate into your daily life: Thanks to the short lessons (on average, max. 10 minutes), you can continue learning whenever you have a spare moment
  • Group & one-on-one sessions: to answer all your general and specific questions

Important Dates

  • October 20, 2025, 5:30–6:30 p.m.: Live online session to cover all organizational matters (including scheduling live sessions)
