Conference on "New forms of teaching in special education" at the TU Liberec

 

 

 

 

On Friday, October 21, 2016, the annual conference "Otherness in

the fields of education and social sciences" (Jinost ve výchove a

sociálních vedách) under this year's theme "New forms of teaching

in special needs education" (Implementace nových forem výuki ve speciálni

pedagogice) of the Department of Social Studies and Special Education

(Katedra sociálních studií a speciální pedagogiky) at the TU in

Liberec in the Czech Republic.

The event was attended by deputy professor Dr. Petra Fuchs,

Prof. Dr. Ingolf Prosetzky and two students took part in the event. Dr. Fuchs

gave a lecture on the topic "Inclusive remembrance of the

Nazi patient murder - pedagogical offers from people with learning

learning difficulties for the Brandenburg/Havel euthanasia memorial."

Following the conference, the contacts with the Department of Social Studies and

contacts with the Department of Social Studies and Special

Education at the TU Liberec were further intensified. For next spring

the members of the working group agreed on a joint visit to the

the Pirna-Sonnenstein euthanasia memorial with a group of Czech and German students.
