Business game: Change management

With the Sys TEAMS Change simulation game, you develop skills and strategies for managing and mastering change processes.

With the Sys TEAMS Change management game, you develop skills and strategies for managing and mastering change processes.

The environment of a company or organization is changing increasingly dynamically, which entails enormous change processes. These need to be managed professionally in order to exploit opportunities and avert risks. Examples of change processes include the introduction of a software system, the implementation of a new management system or a generational change in company management. With the Sys Teams Change simulation game, such change processes can be simulated and successfully managed. In this business simulation, participants structure a change
process and implement targeted change management measures.
Sys Teams Change simulates a company undergoing change and thus forms the basis for challenging and motivating learning situations. This workshop format enables a multidimensional acquisition of knowledge and experience of individual areas of competence. As part of the workshop, you will start by getting to know your competence atlas, which is created by completing a questionnaire in advance. After evaluating the questionnaire, the skills atlas can be used to assess which skills still need to be developed in order to meet the requirements of a target skills profile (selection).
