The importance of communication and conflict management is often underestimated when it comes to professional success. However, it is not only technical expertise that is required to get ahead in the world of work or to implement start-up ideas. You also need to be able to communicate your own views and goals convincingly and deal with conflicts in a sensitive and solution-oriented manner. This seminar provides basic knowledge and methods for this.
Participants acquire knowledge of the basics of conflict management. They learn about different types and styles of conflict. In addition to reflecting on their own conflict behavior, solutions for constructive conflict management are discussed. They can also focus on their own specific cases of conflict.
Participants are encouraged to question their personal experiences and judgments and, if necessary, develop new ways of looking at things. The aim is to work on specific practical examples. A digital photo protocol will be made available at the end of the seminar.
