The digital Germany semester ticket has been available at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences since September 1, 2024. This allows students at our university to use local public transport nationwide as a flat rate.

The digital Germany Semester Ticket has been available at the HSZG since September 1, 2024. This allows students at our university to use local public transport nationwide as a flat rate.

How do I get the ticket?

The new Deutschland-Semesterticket is only issued digitally. You can obtain it via the "NETINERA-Tickets" app. You can find instructions on how to activate the ticket at stura.hszg.de/d-semesterticket.

Where is the new Deutschland-Semesterticket valid?

The Deutschland-Semesterticket is a full-value Deutschlandticket and is therefore valid on public transport throughout Germany.
You can find the exact area of validity in the fare regulations.

What do I have to consider?

The D-Semesterticket is only valid in conjunction with a valid official photo ID. Make sure you have sufficient cell phone battery so that you can always show the ticket, otherwise you will be stuck with the processing costs.

Can I also use the ticket without the Internet?

Yes, the ticket can also be used when there is no Internet reception, provided you have already accessed it beforehand. The ticket is renewed every month, so you will need to register and verify again.

Where do I report problems?
