Begin 11. June 2022 - 09:00 Uhr
End 11. June 2022 - 17:00 Uhr

The company has been founded or is about to be founded. The business is developing according to plan and you will soon need suitable staff. You quickly go from entrepreneur to manager with personnel responsibility.

You need specialist and management skills with the appropriate tools to master management situations with confidence. This will ensure that your company develops positively and that your employees actively contribute to the company's success. And right from the start!

As a young entrepreneur, you still do a lot yourself, so in addition to the actual management of employees, you also take on administrative personnel tasks.

The practice-oriented one-day impulse workshop aims to address both. On the one hand, you will learn about typical tasks such as determining personnel requirements, recruitment and selection and, at the same time, you will discover how strongly these tasks are influenced by your understanding of leadership. Learn how to lead your employees competently and form them into a team. Recognize your leadership strengths and potential and work on your own leadership style.
