Filr updated

Our Filr cloud service has been updated. As a result, some new functions are now available.

The following new features are available with the version update:

  • Compatibility for Windows 11 and MacOS 12
  • The desktop client can be used by external users.
  • Files and folders in the "Shared by me / Shared for me" sections can be hidden and shown.
  • If several people have full (shared) access to files, they are now shown with whom these files and folders have been shared.
  • Permalinks for files and folders.
  • Preview for publicly shared files (e.g. for images and videos, provided the browser can display them).

The Filr service ( https://filr.hszg.de ) offered by us enables you to easily access files in your home drive as well as in network drives, both via your browser and via a desktop client. You can also share files and folders in your home drive with others.
