KIA - The study model of the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences for immediately employable specialists with long-term company loyalty

KIA combines study and training. Students are part of the company from day one, work in a practical environment and develop into immediately employable specialists. The close links between the university and the company create professional expertise and a strong bond with the company. This is the ideal basis for long-term cooperation and sustainable recruitment of skilled workers.

Interested in a model that enables your company to retain skilled workers at an early stage and prevent a brain drain? With KIA, the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences offers a tried and tested option that we would be happy to present to you and develop further together with you internationally.

Come and talk to us.

KIA made it possible for me to study in Germany and work in the company at the same time. This has several advantages: I can finance my life here, I am part of the team right from the start and, as an international student, I quickly make connections. This creates valuable connections and prospects for a long-term career in the company.
