Systemic training launched

The HSZG offers a broad portfolio of basic and advanced systemic courses.

The 14th basic course "Systemic work in child and youth welfare - educational support" began on March 7 at the Görlitz university campus. 14 participants from all over Saxony and southern Brandenburg will complete the 150 attendance units and additional self-organized intervision and self-study components within nine months.

In terms of content, the focus is on teaching systemic thinking and practicing systemic methods in the context of the "educational support" fields of work.  The implementation of a systemic-appreciative attitude in professional practice is accompanied by the lecturers.

The Institute for Systemic Work ISA Chemnitz is responsible for the content. This institute, run by Matthias and Rita Freitag, is now in its 10th year of cooperation with the university and has made a significant contribution to the reputation of this in-service systemic training course.

This basic course is followed by the advanced course "Systemic Counselor", which concludes with a professional certificate from the German Society for Systemic Pedagogy. Graduates then have the opportunity to specialize their systemic professional skills in further advanced courses. There is a choice of:

The first two-year course begins in August for those interested in early education institutions. This concludes with the "Systemic Educator" certificate.
