The 3rd Saxon student survey starts
The online survey focuses on topics such as the study situation, teaching quality and the digitalization of teaching.
In the coming days, a large number of students at universities in Saxony will receive a letter from the Minister of State for Science and the Arts, Dr. Eva-Maria Stange, inviting them to participate in the 3rd Saxon Student Survey. The study is being conducted by the Center of Excellence for Education and Higher Education Research (KfBH) under the direction of Prof. Dr. Karl Lenz. The students, who were selected at random, will be personally notified of their login details.
Key areas of focus for this large-scale online survey include the study environment and quality of instruction, choice of major and campus, the digitization of higher education, and the transition from Bachelor’s to master’s programs.
This systematic assessment aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the situation of students in Saxony and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the academic programs. The findings will contribute to the further development of higher education in Saxony and at our university.
To obtain a comprehensive picture, it is important that all students participate. The Rector of Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, Prof. Friedrich Albrecht, and the entire university therefore ask you to support the survey by participating.
