From 04.04.2017, further administrative staff in Zittau will move from building Z III to the newly renovated building Z I.
With the completion of the second construction phase in the historical part of House Z I (Hochwaldstraße 1 in Zittau), further administrative staff will move from House Z III to the newly renovated building.
On 04.04.2017, the Department of Studies and International Affairs with Ms Schiepe and Ms Kieback (in future in room 0.20) and Ms Hörnig (in future in room 0.18) will move to building Z I. The staff are making every effort to resume work from 06.04.2017. Due to the move, there will be no office hours in the Examinations Office and Admissions Office from 03 - 05.04.2017.
The rest of the department will move in the week of 24.04.2017. As there will be considerable restrictions on the ability to work during these days, we ask for your understanding.
The Department of Finance and Project Management will also start moving on 04.04.2017. The Project Management department will begin on this day, occupying rooms 2.01.1, 2.02.1, 2.01.4, 2.01.5, 2.12 in Building I, followed by the Fund Administration, Travel Expenses and Financial Accounting departments, which will move into rooms 1.06.1, 1.04, 1.05, 1.20, 1.21 on 11 and 12 April 2017.
As the ability to work will also be considerably restricted here on these days, the payment office (in future in room I.06.2) will be closed on 11 and 13.04.2017.
The entrance on Hochwaldstraße to building Z I will be closed all day on 07.04.2017. In the period from 10.04.-13.04.2017, there may be sporadic restrictions on accessibility. Those responsible ask for your understanding.
