From 04.04.2017, further administrative staff in Zittau will move from building Z III to the newly renovated building Z I.
With the completion of the second construction phase in the historical part of House Z I (Hochwaldstraße 1 in Zittau), further administrative staff will move from House Z III to the newly renovated building.
On 04.04.2017, the Division of Studies and International Affairs with Ms Schiepe and Ms Kieback (in Room 0.20 in the future) and Ms Hörnig (in Room 0.18 in the future) will move to Building Z I. The staff are making every effort to resume work from 06.04.2017. Due to the move, there will be no office hours in the Examinations Office and Admissions Office from 03 - 05.04.2017.
The rest of the division will move in the week of 24.04.2017. As there will be considerable restrictions on the ability to work during these days, we ask for your understanding.
The move of the Treasury Office & Project Administration division will also begin on 04.04.2017. The Project Administration division will start on this day, occupying rooms 2.01.1, 2.02.1, 2.01.4, 2.01.5, 2.12 in Building I, followed by the Fund Administration, Travel Expenses and Financial Accounting departments, which will move into rooms 1.06.1, 1.04, 1.05, 1.20, 1.21 on 11 and 12 April 2017.
As the ability to work will also be considerably restricted here on these days, the payment office (in future in room I.06.2) will be closed on 11 and 13.04.2017.
