On packed suitcases!

With the completion of the second phase of construction in the historic section of Building Z I (Hochwaldstraße 1 in Zittau), additional administrative staff will be moving from Building Z III to the newly renovated building.

On April 4, 2017, the division of Student Services & International Affairs, including Ms. Schiepe and Ms. Kieback (who will be in Room 0.20) as well as Ms. Hörnig (who will be in Room 0.18), will move to Building Z I. The staff members are working to resume normal operations as of April 6, 2017. Due to the move, there will be no office hours at the Examination Office and Admissions Office from April 3–5, 2017.

The rest of the division will move during the week of April 24, 2017. As this will result in significant disruptions to our ability to work during those days, we ask for your understanding.

The Finance & Project Administration division will also begin its move on April 4, 2017. The Project Management Division will be the first to move that day, occupying rooms 2.01.1, 2.02.1, 2.01.4, 2.01.5, and 2.12, followed by the Budget Management, Travel Expenses, and Financial Accounting departments, which will move into rooms 1 . 06.1, 1.04, 1.05, 1.20, and 1.21.

Since operations will also be significantly limited on these days, the Payroll Office (soon to be located in room I.06.2) will be closed on April 11 and 13, 2017.

The entrance to Building Z I on Hochwaldstraße will be closed all day on April 7, 2017. From April 10 through April 13, 2017, there may be occasional restrictions on vehicle access. Those in charge ask for your understanding.
