Developing inclusive schools together. How school inclusion of pupils with disabilities can succeed.
From October 20 to 22, the fourth workshop will take place as part of the ZINT project "Developing inclusive schools together" with the title "Those who learn to laugh learn to love life. How school inclusion of pupils with disabilities can succeed. Recognizing diversity - experiencing diversity - promoting diversity" at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences.
It focuses on experience, science and cooperation and offers multipliers and those responsible for integration the opportunity to share and expand their specialist knowledge, experience and skills with regard to inclusive school design. Various speakers will provide impulses on how inclusion-oriented teaching can succeed. Academics from all over Germany and beyond will enrich the conference with lectures and seminars on various issues and aspects of lesson design. In addition, workshops on supporting pupils with various special needs will complement the professional exchange. In cooperation with the regional team of the German School Academy, it has been possible to integrate examples of inclusive practice in schools into the conference as a special enrichment. The conference will also be enriched by reports on international experiences in the implementation of inclusive schools. In addition, literature will be made available that can be used to deepen specialist knowledge and for professional self-reflection.
