Do you have a clear picture of your customers in mind? Of course, at first glance, it's easier to keep a target group as vague as possible so as not to exclude anyone. However, this always carries risks in terms of your communication and marketing. After all, a target group defines your desired customers with whom you would love to work. The better you know them, the better you can tailor your communication and sales process to them.
In this practical workshop, you will therefore create your target group for your company. You will then send your target group on a customer journey to purchase your products. The individual stations will give you initial clues about possible decision-making paths for your customers, points of contact with your company and a collection of ideas for your marketing.
After a brief input on selected methods, you will actively work on your target group and the customer journey. I will be at your side as a contact person at all times. The joint exchange with the other workshop participants will help you to review and supplement the content you have found.
