TRAWOS employee Bernadette Rohlf and her colleague Franziska Stauche (Mittweida University of Applied Sciences) from the ESF junior research group FioKo moderated a topic table on the question "How can we not only attract young women to STEM, but also keep them in STEM?" at the Sachsen-Technikum transfer event entitled "Paths for women in STEM degree programs: Shaping study orientation effectively together"
The event took place on June 2, 2025 at the HTW Dresden. After a welcoming address by the Rector of the HSZG Prof. Alexander Kratzsch (Deputy Chairman of the State Rectors' Conference), findings from the trial of the Sachsen-Technikum were presented to the audience. This was followed by discussions at 3 themed tables.
