Since January 2023, the ESF junior research group FioKo "Promotion of women through individual and organizational skills in education and careers (STEM)" has been researching the underrepresentation of women in STEM professions and degree courses.

On November 7, the final event took place in Dresden, to which both current and former members of the junior research group as well as the participating professors and members of the project advisory board were invited. Prof. Rolf Koerber (project leader TU Dresden) and Prof. Swantje Rother (Chancellor of HTWK Leipzig, Chair of the project advisory board) gave welcoming speeches and the researchers presented the project results. The event ended with a small buffet for informal discussions and networking.

In addition to the scientific publications produced as part of the project, the results have also been published in a brochure.
