At the University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Görlitz, the Faculty of Business Administration and Engineering Management is seeking to fill a temporary position of 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week) at the earliest possible date.
for a professorship in Business Administration,
in particular Production Management and Logistics (W2)

for the duration of the replacement of the incumbent, but until 28.02.2030 at the latest.
The post holder will be responsible for the subject area of "Business Administration, in particular Production Management and Logistics" with a particular focus on the following areas:
in lectures, seminars, exercises, internships and projects as well as in continuing education. The ability and willingness to familiarize oneself with other areas related to the subject area and to represent them is expected. The range of courses on offer must be secured throughout the university. Courses must also be taught in English if required. Furthermore, the ability and willingness to participate in integrative, practice-oriented and internship-related courses is required.
If required, courses related to the subject area must be taken on.
In addition, the candidate is expected to actively contribute to the internationalization of the university and the further development of the subject area and to take on tasks in academic self-administration. In addition, commitment to applied research projects and in the area of technology and knowledge transfer is expected.
