Mlink & Marja is a toy and craft store in the middle of Löbau, which Jana Lambrich expects to open in August 2022 and invites people to enjoy entertaining games in and in front of the store. The toy and craft store aims to overcome regional challenges (dying stores, increasing online trade, lack of offers for families) and enter new future fields. To this end, classic analog and digital sales will be combined. The name, which refers to the legend of Löbau's origins, contributes to identification with the region.

With Amphibian Architecture, Tom Hohlfeld and Ralf Habel developed one of the first nature conservation start-ups that creates regional interfaces between regional companies, regional nature conservation and regional educational institutions.
Work in the field, sustainable documentation, living products and more are combined in the sustainable start-up, which also embodies the synergies of old and young, innovative and experienced transdisciplinary with its two founders.

Experience wood

An owner-managed carpentry business that was only founded in 2018, but builds on the experience and skills of more than three generations of master craftsmen. The focus of the joinery is on the production of carriages.

Whereas in the past, caravans were mostly built for the circus or showmen, today it is private individuals who fulfill their dream and have a caravan made to order by Sebastian Schmidt.

In addition, the trend towards mobile living is also growing in Germany. With rising rents and housing shortages, the tiny house will play an increasingly sustainable role in the future.
