Lecturer with a specified function - (m/f/d)
- Keyword: Childhood Education -


to be filled for a limited period until 31.08.2024.

In accordance with § 74 of the Law on the Freedom of Universities in the Free State of Saxony (SächsHSFG), the position includes the following tasks in particular:

  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of teaching as well as practical advice in the Childhood Education degree program with a focus on
    • Child development and education in the motor, linguistic, social-emotional and cognitive areas,
    • artistic-aesthetic and scientific education,
    • school preparation and support for the initial lessons and
    • scientific work,
  • Supervision of projects and student counseling.
  • Participation in meetings within the degree program and the faculty (exchange within the degree program, working group and staff meetings) and in central events.

 

The following knowledge and skills are required

  • Completed university degree in childhood education,
  • social, intercultural and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team and
  • relevant practical experience.

 

The following are also desirable

  • Regional cooperation references, e.g. from practical experience,
  • Willingness to participate in tasks and activities of other degree programs and the faculty,
  • Knowledge of university didactics and experience in university teaching and adult education,
  • knowledge of university-related structures and processes and
  • Experience in committee and public relations work.

If the personal requirements are met, remuneration will be paid up to pay group 10 TV-L in the case of a scientific university degree in EG 11 TV-L. The 1st place of work is Görlitz.
