In this two-day workshop, you will experience the SysTeamsProject simulation game and learn about project management at first hand. We will not only teach you tools such as milestone plans, Gantt charts and risk analysis, but also show you how to deal with group dynamic processes.

This workshop is aimed in particular at people in the pre-start-up process who want to plan and implement a start-up project. Project management plays a decisive role, especially when implementing a pilot project such as a customer order or cooperation project. By participating in the workshop, you can acquire the necessary skills for your project.

The workshop takes place in Görlitz and offers you the opportunity to exchange ideas with other founders and learn from each other. We attach great importance to practical content and an interactive workshop format.
