A whole house full of managers - it can only be a good event! The fifth semester of Tourism Managers and the first semester of Cultural Managers have set themselves the task of organizing an event under the name "House of Managers" for all of us: for the students, staff and lecturers of the Faculty of Management and Cultural Studies. The time has finally come: we are proud to announce the first F-MK Network Day!

An exciting afternoon in a cozy atmosphere awaits you. "House of Mangers 2023" also stands for interesting workshops and discussions where you can really learn something!
The workshops start at 5:15 pm, after the welcome at 4:00 pm and the speed dating at 4:30 pm and are included in the price of your ticket.

What else do you get for your money?
The KuMa Café is also included in the ticket price. This offers you a relaxed atmosphere for discussion and consumption. The exhibition: "Garbage-free forest railroad! -Garbage to Art to Reason" encourages reflection and discussion.
As students are always short of money, snacks and conference drinks are also included in the ticket price for the "House of Managers 2023". Of course, this also applies to tickets for staff and lecturers.
The evening program is complemented by our special guest "Demianiplatz 3" (included in the ticket price). This starts at 19:00 and ends at 21:00, as we all have to get back to work at the university the next morning;)
Of course, an event with workshops, art and culture is always good. That alone makes it worth taking part in the "House of Managers 2023". But the students organizing the event have also thought of something else.
The event is a seminar for all faculty members, organized by the Touris of the fifth semester and the KuMas of the first semester. As part of the Event Management module, they plan and organize the F-MK Network Day "House of Managers 2023" as part of a project course.
The purpose of the event is to bring students, staff and lecturers together. The aim is to create an opportunity for interdisciplinary and cross-course networking.
"House of Managers 2023" is intended as a precursor for the following years, which should promote cohesion within the faculty and later also with the alumni.
We are all very enthusiastic about the idea of bringing all members of our faculty together and are really looking forward to "House of Managers 2023".

As we take the photos on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object (pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR). If there are reasons arising from your particular situation that speak against the described use of your image, you can object to this on these grounds. In this case, please write to us with these reasons. We will examine them. If necessary, we will also check whether there are compelling reasons that conflict with your right to object. If we comply with your right of objection, we will make you unrecognizable in pictures that allow a recognizable identification of your person, remove you or
delete the images completely.
