to be filled for a limited period until 30.09.2025. The position offers the possibility of a cooperative doctorate.
The RegIA project is investigating the individual, institutional and regional factors that influence whether international students remain in Germany after graduation. To this end, existing data from national student surveys is being evaluated and an experimental focus survey conducted among international students in the final phase of their studies. Based on a survey of employers, the PIHADA project examines their perspective on the retention and employability of international students in Germany.
