The systemic approach, with its appreciative and solution-oriented attitudes and methodological tools, offers new and concrete ideas for working with children and their families, teams, providers and cooperation partners.In the system of daycare centers/daycare centers, the systemic view can take a look at larger contexts and thus make solutions visible that strengthen all those involved. The development of personal attitudes and relationship skills support professionalism in the early childhood/elementary education sector at all levels.
