In our Faculty of Managerial and Cultural Studies, research is an important area of academic activity alongside and often dove-tailing with teaching commitments.
The Faculty pages [de] offer a brief overview of research profiles, giving examples of selected projects and pointing out opportunities for applied research (eg Bachelor and Master's dissertations or placement reports).
Faculty members disseminate their research via guest lectures, conferences, workshops and the like. A number of our professors are nationally and internationally known through their publications. Further information can be found here in the research profile portraits of individual professors and staff, in the University’s annual Research Report and our Research Information System (FIS) [de].
For further information on ongoing research in the Faculty please consult our Research Representative, Prof. Dr. phil. habil. Maik Hosang.
