Deutschlandstipendium

Since 2011, the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences has been participating in the Deutschlandstipendien program. For the winter semester 2021/2022, 15 scholarships could be awarded to students from different study programs at our university.

For the academic year 2022/2023, we have already received commitments to support students at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences by co-financing one or more Deutschlandstipendien.

Application portal

The application for a Deutschlandstipendium takes place exclusively online. For this purpose, you can use the online application portal provided by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The portal is activated once per academic year exclusively for the application period.

Your application must be uploaded to the application portal with all necessary attachments within this time frame. Only then is it valid and will be processed accordingly. Unfortunately, incomplete applications cannot be considered.

The regular grant period covers one academic year (01.09.2022 - 31.08.2023). The monthly grant amount is 300 €.

Applications not submitted in due time and form will not be considered in the selection process. This means that written applications sent by mail will not be admitted to the application process and accordingly will not be processed. The basis for the application is the revised Regulations on the Awarding of German Scholarships dated April 13, 2022.
