- Event management (graduation party and degree ceremony, Deutschlandstipendium scholarship awards, conferment of the Friends of HSZG's Förderpreis award, summer party, involvement in regional events)
- Website administration (operation and development of the University's TYPO3 CMS, training and support for individual content editors, SEO, web server maintenance (OS), operation of University blogs and landing page
