In-service training courses with certificates from the German Society for Systemic Pedagogy and the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences:
Basic course 2020: "Systemic educator / daycare center" (DGsP) Advanced course 2021/22: "Systemic consultant / systemic educator" (DGsP).
The systemic approach, with its appreciative and solution-oriented attitudes and methodological tools, offers new and concrete ideas for working with children and their families, teams, providers and cooperation partners. In the daycare center/daycare center system, the systemic view can take a look at larger contexts and thus make solutions visible that strengthen everyone involved. The development of personal attitudes and relationship skills support professionalism in the early childhood/elementary education sector at all levels.
This systemic continuing education is divided into a basic and advanced course. You can decide in the course of the continuing education if the advanced course is suitable for you and register for it during the course.
