Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies

ERASMUS+ is the European Union action programme for transnational cooperation in Europe. It runs for seven years, from 2014 to 2020, combining previous schemes for lifelong learning, youth and sport along with higher education programmes.

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), which acts as National Agency on this behalf, coordinates the programme in Germany.

The awarding of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) by the European Commission is a prerequisite for a funding by the respective National Agency. As a holder of this Charter, the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences is entitled to be part of the ERASMUS+ programme.

For further information please see the website of the European Commission. Information and advice on all ERASMUS+ mobility schemes can also be obtained directly from the German Academic Exchange Service [German].
