  • Am I eligible?

    If you have a contract of employment with HSZG, you can send your application for the Mobility Programme to the International Office. Examples for eligible staff include:

    • General and Technical Administration
    • University Library
    • Faculties and Departments
    • Controlling
    • Public Relations
    • Student Advisory Services

    Please remember that staff mobility for training is possible only with European HSZG partner institutions. Precondition is an Inter-Institutional Agreement between both universities and a valid Erasmus Charter (ECHE).

  • How to apply?

    You can apply at any time. Your training visit can not be less than two days. We will be glad to help you with any question you might have.

    The International Office requires these documents including all signatures before you go:

    • Travel Form
    • Mobility Agreement

    When you return, you must submit a completed report (Erasmus survey) and Letter of Confirmation.

  • Mobility duration and type

    The Erasmus+ STT Programme provides HSZG staff members with a travel and subsistence grant from two days to two months. Possible scenarios are:

    • Job shadowing
    • Study visits
    • Workshops and seminars
    • Language courses

    Your destination must be a partner university or institution in a Programme country other than your country of residence.

  • Duration and financing

    Training visits are possible from two days up to two months. Travel costs can be reimbursed (2 days). Travel and subsistence are looked at differently:

    Travel expenses will be calculated on a one-way basis. HSZG will not assume any liability for damages to cars, private or rented.

  • Grant Agreement

    Before you go, we will send you a Grant Agreement that includes information on the amount of support you receive and other important terms regarding your visit. This Agreement must be signed by you and sent back in duplicate (including the original copy).

  • Final report

    You are required to complete a final report when you return. This Erasmus+ survey must be completed within 30 days after having received the automated email.

  • Reclaims

    Your travel and subsistence grant must be supported by complete application documents and your final report. Any lump sumps paid will be reclaimed from you if necessary documents are missing.
